AGB ivaninkart
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided or to be provided by the sole proprietorship ivan skinart. These are in particular tattooing (tattooing), piercing (piercing) and the sale of goods.
§ 2 Services and minimum age
IvanSkinart provides the following services:

The minimum age for getting tattoos and piercings is 16 years. Persons under the age of 16 are not served.
Persons under the age of 18 require written and signed parental consent. If this is not the case, the desired service cannot be provided.
ivaninkart sole proprietorship reserves the right to reject certain customers and motives without giving reasons.
§ 3 Cancellation of Appointments
Appointments agreed by telephone or in writing must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance if you are prevented from attending. If the appointment is canceled too late or not at all, half of the agreed price is due or at least CHF 150.00 plus CHF 150.00 if no payment was made for the design. This fee is payable within 30 days.
The same applies to persons under the age of 18 who make an appointment and do not bring a signed written consent from their parents.
§ 4 Declaration of Consent and Disclosure Predispositions
Before a tattoo can be stung or a piercing attached, the customer must sign a declaration of consent in which he expressly allows the service provider to carry out this process. This declaration of consent is presented to the customer by ivaninkart sole proprietorship.
In addition, the customer must completely fill out and sign a prepared form for the disclosure of any predispositions.
Signing the declaration of consent and the form regarding the disclosure of any predispositions is a mandatory requirement for the provision of services by ivaninkart sole proprietorship.
The customer undertakes to provide all information in the above form truthfully. If the customer violates this obligation, a contractual penalty of CHF 50,000.00 will be incurred. This amount must be transferred to ivaninkart within 30 days of discovering that the information was untrue.
§ 5 Limitation of Liability
ivaninkart rejects - as far as legally possible - any liability for property damage and bodily harm caused by its employees in the provision of a contractually agreed service.
Section 6 Applicable Law
Swiss law is applicable to all contractual and pre-contractual relationships between ivaninkart and its customers.
§ 7 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with a contractual or pre-contractual relationship between ivaninkart and a customer is Arrecife.
